Sanitary Napkins

Sanitary napkins, also known as sanitary pads or menstrual pads, are absorbent products used by women during their menstrual periods to absorb menstrual flow. They are worn inside the underwear and provide protection against leakage and staining.
Sanitary napkins are typically made of several layers of absorbent material, such as cotton or cellulose, which are designed to quickly absorb and retain menstrual fluid. The top layer is often made of a soft, non-irritating material that helps to keep the surface dry and comfortable. The back of the pad is equipped with an adhesive strip that sticks to the underwear, ensuring that the pad stays in place.
There are various types of sanitary napkins available, including regular, overnight, and ultra-thin pads. Regular pads are suitable for average flow days, while overnight pads are longer and more absorbent, providing extra protection for heavy flow or overnight use. Ultra-thin pads are designed to be discreet and provide comfort without sacrificing absorbency.
Some sanitary napkins also come with wings, which are flaps that fold over the sides of the underwear to provide additional protection against leaks. These wings help to keep the pad in place and prevent shifting during movement.
